Meet Xiaoyue

Xiaoyue Peng

Founder and healthcare coordinator

“When you contact China Care, you are contacting me. I will help you understand the practical next step before you make travel plans.”

My role is non-clinical. I coordinate agreed communication, appointments, records, and practical next steps for international patients navigating care in China.

I can help identify hospitals or facilities that may be worth approaching based on relevant experience and practical fit. The treating hospital and specialist decide whether to review or accept a case, and they make all clinical decisions.

How fees and decisions work

Know what is being arranged before formal work begins.

China Care’s coordination work, hospital costs, and travel or other third-party costs are kept separate. The exact service scope and China Care fee are confirmed in writing before formal coordination starts.

01

Start with a free conversation

Tell Xiaoyue what you need and what information you already have. This is not a medical opinion or a clinical eligibility decision.

02

Choose the right coordination service

Hospital Access, Case Coordination, In-Person Support, or Full Service each have a defined purpose and published fee.

03

Agree the scope in writing

Before formal outreach or coordination, you see the service scope, payment timing, and any separate third-party costs.

04

Hospitals quote their own medical costs

Consultations, tests, admission, and treatment are confirmed and collected directly by the treating institution.

Why coordination can help

You do not have to work out every practical detail alone.

Choosing a hospital alone

You may not know which hospital, department, or city is practical for an international patient to approach.

With agreed coordination

China Care can help organise a practical shortlist or one known hospital route within the service you choose. The institution still decides whether it can review the case.

Preparing for a visit

It can be difficult to know what records, appointment details, and practical arrangements matter before travel.

With agreed coordination

China Care can organise the records and practical details included in the written scope, then help you understand what the hospital has confirmed.

Understanding costs

A treatment price, hospital charge, travel cost, and coordination fee can be easy to confuse when they are discussed together.

With clear payment boundaries

China Care fees are separate from hospital charges. The treating institution confirms its own medical costs directly before you decide whether to proceed.

Hospital directory

Explore hospitals in China by city and practical access.

The directory is a place to begin research. It helps international visitors compare hospitals and cities before deciding whether they need Hospital Access or Case Coordination.

How it works

A clear path from first question to agreed coordination.

The exact path depends on whether you need a health check, a known hospital appointment, or help choosing hospitals for a complex case.

1

Tell Xiaoyue what you need

Start with a short description, your city or country if relevant, and what you want to understand. You do not need to send every record at once.

2

Clarify the practical service

China Care explains whether a health-check booking, Hospital Access, Case Coordination, In-Person Support, or another agreed service is the practical next step.

3

Confirm scope before formal coordination

Before China Care begins hospital or facility outreach, the scope, fee, payment timing, and separate third-party costs are confirmed in writing.

4

Hospital or facility confirms medical matters

The treating institution decides whether it can review or accept a case, and confirms clinical suitability, treatment options, timing, and its own medical charges.

Most new enquiries receive a personal reply within one working day.Complex medical-record reviews may take 24–72 hours.China Care does not arrange visas or issue invitation letters.
Before you share records

Start with a short description. You do not need to send everything now.

For an initial conversation

Tell Xiaoyue the main problem, what you are hoping to understand, and whether you already have reports. She can explain which documents may be useful for the next step.

Read our Privacy Policy →
Do not send passport scans, payment details, or every medical record in your first message.
For a complex case, recent key reports may be useful later, after you understand what a hospital may need.
China Care can discuss what information is useful before records are shared for a specific hospital or facility review.
Common questions

What people usually want to know first.

Still unsure? You can start with one question on WhatsApp. You do not need to know the right hospital or service before you contact us.

What does the free first conversation include?

It is a chance to explain what you need, ask practical questions, and understand which China Care service may fit. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, clinical eligibility decision, or confirmation that a hospital will accept a case.

Who decides whether I am suitable for treatment?

The treating hospital and specialist decide whether they can review or accept a case, as well as clinical suitability, treatment recommendations, admission, medical risks, and hospital charges. China Care coordinates agreed access and communication.

How do China Care fees differ from hospital costs?

China Care charges separately for defined coordination work. Hospitals and facilities quote and collect their own consultation, test, admission, medication, and treatment costs directly. See service fees and payment boundaries.

What if I need help choosing hospitals first?

Case Coordination is for a complex case when you need help deciding which hospitals or facilities are worth approaching first. It includes record organisation, matching and outreach to up to two agreed institutions, and a practical next-step summary within the agreed scope.

Do you arrange visas or invitation letters?

No. China Care does not arrange visa applications or issue invitation letters. Visa requirements and entry decisions are determined by the relevant authorities and should be confirmed with the appropriate embassy, visa centre, or immigration authority.

How are health checks booked?

For participating health-check centres, China Care confirms the current package, centre, date, availability, published rate, appointment option and booking details before payment. Advance payment is required to secure the confirmed partner package, and China Care collects the payment directly.

What happens if a hospital does not accept my case?

The hospital or facility decides whether it can review or accept a case. Once agreed coordination has begun, China Care service fees are non-refundable because the agreed record organisation, communication, and outreach work has already been completed within scope. We explain the response and practical next step available.
