Now accepting international patients, 2026

Advanced medical care
in China — for every
kind of patient.

Navigating China's healthcare system as an international patient is genuinely hard. The hospitals are world-class — but the language barrier, referral process, and cost landscape are opaque to outsiders. China Care exists to close that gap: we match you to the right hospital for CAR-T therapy, oncology surgery, health screening, or any other treatment, coordinate every step in English, and stay with you from first message to discharge summary.

What China Offers That You Cannot Get Elsewhere

Four reasons patients and partners choose China.

01 — Cost
World-class treatment at 70–82% less than Singapore or the US

CAR-T at $60K–$90K vs. $400K+ in the US. Dental implants from $800 vs. $4,000–$6,000 in the UK. Executive health screening from $3,000 vs. $8K–$15K in Singapore. The same Siemens and GE equipment, the same clinical standards — at a fraction of the cost. China's price advantage applies across the full spectrum of medical care, not just oncology.

02 — Preventive & Wellness
Health screening, dental care and anti-ageing programmes in one trip

Full-body MRI and PET-CT completed in 1–2 days at JD Health, Meinian, or Ruici. Dental implants, All-on-4 restorations, and cosmetic dentistry at internationally accredited clinics. NAD+ infusion protocols, growth factor therapies, and IV longevity programmes. International patients regularly combine two or three of these in a single trip to China.

03 — Exclusive Access
CAR-T, heavy-ion therapy, and Boao Lecheng — only in China

Four NMPA-approved CAR-T products at 80% less than the US. More heavy-ion therapy centres than any other country. Boao Lecheng Special Medical Zone, where imported drugs and devices are approved 1–5 years ahead of mainland China. India and Thailand have no approved CAR-T. For patients who have exhausted options at home, China's regulatory landscape is the most complete alternative.

04 — AI & Innovation
The world’s most active AI healthcare ecosystem — open for partnership

China leads globally in AI-assisted radiology, pathology image analysis, smart hospital systems, and genomic diagnostics. Overseas healthcare companies, investors, and hospital groups looking to evaluate or partner with Chinese AI medical technology firms can engage China Care as an introduction and navigation service — access to the right people, in the right language, without the friction.

International patient consultation at a China Care partner hospital
How It Works

From your first message
to treatment, handled.

1
Find the right hospital
Send us a summary of your diagnosis and treatment history. We assess whether China offers a genuine advantage for your specific case and recommend the most appropriate hospital and city. Already have a hospital in mind? We will help you engage them directly. If China is not the right option, we will tell you honestly. No cost, no obligation.
Response within 24–72 hours
2
Proxy consultation at the hospital
Send us your full medical records, imaging, and pathology reports. China Care conducts a proxy consultation at the hospital on your behalf — our coordinator attends in person, meets with the specialist, and reports back with a suitability assessment in English. Most top-tier Grade-3A public hospitals only accept in-person case submission, which is why this step is necessary before you commit to travel. This is a paid service (fixed fee). Already in China? We can arrange an accompanied consultation instead.
Within 3–7 days
3
Visa, travel, and logistics
We coordinate airport transfer, hospital admission, accommodation near the treatment centre, and an interpreter for consultations. Most patients travel with one companion.
2–4 weeks before travel
4
In-person examination and treatment plan
On arrival, the treating physician conducts a full clinical examination. Your personalised treatment plan — including protocol, timeline, and final cost — is confirmed at this stage. The pre-assessment provides direction; this examination provides the definitive plan.
First 1–3 days in China
5
Treatment and aftercare
We remain your point of contact throughout treatment. On discharge, you receive a full English summary and follow-up protocol for your home physician, including DICOM imaging files. We remain available for 90 days after discharge and can coordinate remote follow-up with the treating team if needed.
Duration varies by treatment
Before You Book Flights

Not ready to travel?
Let us go first.

Most top-tier public hospitals in China only accept cases through in-person submission. Before you commit to travel, we can attend a consultation on your behalf — meet the specialist, submit your records, and report back in English with a suitability assessment and treatment outline.

Common Concerns
What if I don't speak Chinese?
Xiaoyue attends key consultations as your interpreter and advocate. All cost estimates, treatment plans, and discharge summaries are provided in English. You never need to rely on a translator you haven't met.
What if the results find something serious?
We stay with you. If a screening result or consultation reveals something requiring further action, we help you understand the next steps and coordinate specialist follow-up — whether in China or at home.
What if China turns out not to be the right option?
We will tell you honestly, at no charge. We have declined cases where the patient's best option was closer to home. That willingness to say no is the basis of the trust we ask you to extend to us.
What if I need to bring family?
Most of our patients travel with a spouse or adult child. We recommend suitable accommodation near the hospital for you and your companion as part of our standard coordination. Companion visa support is also available.
Patient Cases

Real patients. Real outcomes.

International patients treated at China Care's partner hospitals across Beijing and Guangzhou. Names and identifying details anonymised at patients' request.

CAR-T — Lymphoma
Anonymous M. — Russia
Follicular lymphoma, transformed to DLBCL · Beijing
Outcome 1+ year sustained remission

Found China Care while searching for CAR-T alternatives after salvage chemotherapy failed. First contact was a WhatsApp message with his pathology report attached. After a proxy consultation in Beijing confirmed eligibility, he travelled with his wife. He received CD19 CAR-T therapy and achieved a durable complete response.

CAR-T — Lymphoma
David T. — Canada
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma · Guangzhou
Outcome 14 months sustained remission

His oncologist in Toronto had no further options to offer. He Googled "CAR-T therapy outside USA" and found us. Within a week we had identified an active trial at SYSUCC in Guangzhou. He is now in complete remission, fourteen months later. "I had been told there were no options left."

Health Screening — Early Detection
Anonymous L. — Singapore
Executive health screening · Shenzhen · JD Health
Outcome Early-stage finding, treated successfully

A senior executive who had been quoted $14,000 by a Singapore private hospital contacted us while planning a business trip to Shenzhen. We booked a 2-day full-body MRI and PET-CT at JD Health for $4,200. Screening flagged a 1.2cm nodule later confirmed as early-stage — caught at a stage where treatment was straightforward.

Dental — Full Restoration
Anonymous R. — United Kingdom
All-on-4 full-mouth restoration · Shenzhen
Outcome Full restoration completed in 6 days

Quoted £28,000 by a London clinic, he searched "dental implants China" and contacted us via the website form. We connected him with an English-speaking dentist in Shenzhen trained in the UK. Total cost including flights and accommodation: under £9,000. Full-arch restoration completed across two visits over 6 days.

"When you contact China Care, you are contacting me. I review your case with our specialist team and I will tell you if we cannot help."

I have lived and worked across China, Sweden, Singapore, Macau, and Hong Kong. That experience on both sides — inside China's hospital system and inside the world international patients come from — is what China Care is built on. I kept seeing the same gap: treatments that existed in China, patients who needed them, and no reliable way to connect the two. My role is not clinical. I am a coordinator and advocate: I know which hospitals to trust for which conditions, I know how to read the cost landscape, and I know when to say the answer is not China.

China Care is registered in Hong Kong as Huayou Health Consulting Limited. My fee is fixed and disclosed upfront. Your treatment cost is quoted directly by the hospital — I never add to it or mark it up.

Why China Care

Five reasons patients
choose to work with us.

i
We tell you which hospital — and why.

Not every CAR-T product works for every diagnosis. Relma-cel targets CD19-positive B-cell malignancies. Equecabtagene autoleucel targets BCMA-positive myeloma. The right hospital depends on which product matches your pathology, which team has the highest volume for your specific indication, and whether a clinical trial gives you a better risk-adjusted option than an approved product. We make that call based on your records — not on which hospital pays the highest referral fee.

If you already have a hospital in mind, we contact them first. If not, we review your diagnosis, disease stage, and treatment history and recommend the most appropriate option with transparent reasoning. Our facilitation fee: USD 2,000 for cancer treatment, USD 3,500 for CAR-T or bone marrow transplant — shown as a separate line item from the hospital's treatment cost.

ii
Every partner hospital has been personally visited.

We have met the department heads, reviewed patient outcome data, and evaluated international patient facilities at every hospital in our network. If a hospital did not meet our standard, it is not on our list.

iii
English support from assessment to discharge summary.

Most facilitators stop at admission. Xiaoyue remains present at key consultations and ensures you leave with a complete English discharge summary for your home physician, including DICOM imaging files.

iv
We are honest about what China cannot offer.

We have turned away clients when their best option was at home. If your diagnosis does not match any treatment where China holds a genuine advantage, we will tell you. That willingness to decline is the foundation of the trust we ask you to extend to us.

v
Hong Kong-registered. A legal entity with a verifiable address.

China Care Health Tours operates as Hong Kong Huayou Health Consulting Limited. Unlike anonymous facilitators, we have a registered company, a stated fee structure, and a founder whose name is on this website. You know exactly who you are dealing with.

Patient Experience

Common Questions

What patients
ask us first.

Don't see your question? Ask Xiaoyue directly. Most enquiries receive a personal response within 24 hours.

Is treatment in China safe for international patients?
China's top oncology centres treat more patients annually than most Western institutions, which translates directly into surgical volume and clinical experience. The hospitals in our network are ISO-certified, internationally accredited where applicable, and equipped with the same Siemens, GE, and Varian machines used in Germany or Singapore. We only recommend hospitals we have personally visited and vetted.
How does China Care charge for its services?
We charge a fixed facilitation fee: USD 2,000 for cancer surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy; USD 3,500 for CAR-T cell therapy or bone marrow transplant. Your treatment cost is quoted directly by the hospital and shown as a separate line item — we never add to it or mark it up. No payment is required until you decide to proceed.
Do I need to speak Chinese?
No. Xiaoyue attends key consultations with you as an interpreter and patient advocate. All cost estimates, treatment summaries, and discharge documentation are provided in English. Our partner hospitals all have international patient departments with English-speaking coordinators for day-to-day communication during your stay.
How long does the process take from first contact to treatment?
We review your case within 24–72 hours of submission. Hospital matching and suitability assessment typically take 3–7 days (including proxy consultation). Treatment plan and cost are confirmed by the specialist at your first in-person appointment in China. Visa processing for a Chinese medical visa is usually 10–15 business days. For urgent oncology cases, we have managed the full process in under three weeks.
What if China is not the right option for my situation?
We will tell you directly. We have declined to take on cases where the patient's best option was closer to home, and we will do the same for yours. Our long-term reputation depends on honest advice, not on filling hospital beds. The initial case review is always free and carries no obligation.
Can I bring a family member or companion?
Yes, and for most treatments we recommend it. We recommend suitable accommodation near the hospital for you and your companion as part of our standard service. Most of our patients travel with a spouse or adult child.
What happens after I return home?
You receive a complete English discharge summary including DICOM imaging files and a follow-up protocol your home physician can act on. Xiaoyue remains available for 90 days after discharge for any questions, and can coordinate remote follow-up consultations with the treating team if needed.
How does executive health screening work for international visitors?
We book your appointment at JD Health, Meinian, or Ruici — centres with private suites, English-speaking staff, and the same Siemens and GE imaging equipment used in Singapore. Your full-body check-up is completed in 1–2 days. Digital results are delivered in English within 3–7 working days. Coordination is free — you pay the centre directly with no China Care markup. View all packages →
Can I combine a health check-up with a specialist consultation?
Yes. If your screening results flag anything requiring follow-up, we can arrange a same-visit or next-day consultation with a relevant specialist at the same centre or at a partner hospital. This is particularly useful for visitors who want to act on findings before returning home. Contact us to discuss →
What dental treatments are available through China Care?
We coordinate dental implants (single tooth and full-arch All-on-4), porcelain veneers, crowns, and full-mouth restorations at internationally accredited clinics in Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Beijing. All clinics have English-speaking dentists with overseas training, same-day digital X-ray and 3D scanning, and internationally certified implant systems (Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Osstem). A single implant typically costs $800–$1,500 all-inclusive — compared to $4,000–$6,000 in the UK or USA. Enquire about dental care →
Can my company book a group health screening for employees?
Yes. We work with corporate HR teams, travel agencies, and community groups to organise group health screening trips for 5–30 people at JD Health, Meinian, or Ruici in Shenzhen, Beijing, or Shanghai. We coordinate appointments, accommodation, airport transfers, and English-language interpretation throughout. Group bookings can often be scheduled within 2–3 weeks. We also work with overseas healthcare companies and investors interested in being introduced to Chinese AI medical technology firms — contact us to discuss. Corporate & group enquiry →
